Additional Services
Sewer Scope Inspections
We run a camera through the main sewer line to check for blockages, root intrusion, pipe deterioration, or other issues that a standard home inspection won’t catch. This is especially valuable for older homes and is highly recommended for any buyer.
Septic Inspections
A proper evaluation of the septic system can save thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs. We assess the tank, distribution components, and drain field for signs of failure or stress.
Irrigation / Sprinkler System Inspections

SAAS Certified Steep & Tall Roof Inspections
We hold SAAS certification for steep and tall roof inspections, allowing us to assess roofs that would be unsafe or impossible to walk. This certification is not offered by most inspection companies in the area, and we never charge extra for it.
